Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has expressed his condolences to Russian Vladimir Putin about the fire in the psycho-neurological nursing home in the Voronezh region, where 23 people were killed. The message was posted on the site of the head of Azerbaijan.
''We are deeply saddened by the news from the nursing home in the Voronezh region,'' Gazeta.ru cites President Ilham Aliyev's telegram.
The Azerbaijani President also expressed his sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims and wished speedy recovery to the injured.
