President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev held a meeting with Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Olga Vasilyeva.
Russian minister arrived in the capital of Azerbaijan today to take part in the conference under the auspices of the Association of Azerbaijani and Russian Higher Educational Institutions, which will be held on November 28-30.
