Ilham Aliyev in Aghdam: We must not forget occupation years

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev met with citizens resettled in the city of Aghdam. The head of state noted that Baku will never forget the occupation and the deaths of innocent people.

Azerbaijan must not forget the years of occupation. The relevant statement was made by President Ilham Aliyev, speaking on December 24 at a meeting with residents resettled in the city of Aghdam.

"How can we forget the occupation?! How can we forget our martyrs?! How can we forget the victims of Khojaly, the deaths of other innocent people?! We can never and must never forget this,”
