Ilham Aliyev increases pensions to Veterans of Seige of Leningrad

According to an order signed by President Ilham Aliyev, pensions have been increased for certain categories of people who participated in the Great Patriotic War in 1941-1945.

Those people who worked at enterprises, institutions and organizations of Leningrad during the siege of the city and awarded with the medals 'For the Defense of Leningrad' and 'Resident of the Leningrad Seige' (with the exception of disabled veterans) will receive increased pensions from February 1st, Trend reports.
