Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a number of decrees today, in which he made a number of personnel changes in the diplomatic corps.
For example, Tural Rzayev was appointed as the new ambassador of the republic to Egypt, and Elkhan Gahramanov as the new ambassador of the republic to Kuwait. In addition, Vagif Sadigov became the permanent representative of Azerbaijan to the United Nations and other international organizations offices in Geneva.
At the same time, the ambassador to Latvia, Elman Zeynalov, and Ilgar Mukhtarov, who represented his country in Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia, Panama, Peru and Honduras, have lost their posts, 1news.az reported.
