Ilham Aliyev pardons 210 people

''Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has pardoned 210 prisoners,'' the deputy and member of the Pardon Commission under the Azerbaijani President, Azay Guliyev said.

"The head of state signed a decree on pardoning, according to which 210 persons were released without serving the rest of their sentences. I thank the President for such a humane decision and congratulate those who were pardoned,'' APA cites him as saying.
