The leadership of Azerbaijan aims to create literally a paradise on earth in Karabakh and Zangezur, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said during a meeting with the executive director of the UN Human Settlements Programme Maimunah Mohd Sharif.
The head of state stressed that ignoring international organizations and large construction funds in Karabakh and Zangezur is unacceptable.
Ilham Aliyev also recalled that Armenia, as an aggressor, must be punished at the international level and pay compensation.
