Ilham Aliyev receives Leonid Slutsky

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received the Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs of the Russian State Duma, Leonid Slutsky.

The President congratulated Slutsky on his election to the parliament and appointment to the post of the head of one of the most important committees in the State Duma.

Ilham Aliyev recalled that Leonid Slutsky has repeatedly visited Azerbaijan as chairman of the Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, noting that his activities served to the active development of the inter-parliamentary cooperation within the Commonwealth.
