Chairman of Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov has presented a presidential candidate certificate to Ilham Aliyev, the president’s press service reported on Monday.
Azerbaijan's CEC registered Ilham Aliyev's candidacy, nominated by the ruling New Azerbaijan Party for the April 11 presidential election, on February 27.
