The relations between Baku and Tehran have reached the highest level, many important issues between the two countries are resolved, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said today during the meeting with his Iranian counterpart, Hassan Rouhani.
"We're pleased with successful development of the Azerbaijani-Iranian relations. Over the past few years these relations have reached the highest level. Many important issues have been resolved, and today our cooperation covers all areas," he said.
In turn, Rowhani also expressed satisfaction with the rapid development of bilateral relations. "It shows that everything will get even better in the future," he said.
