Ilham Aliyev signs decree on amendments to the law ‘On insolvency and bankruptcy’

According to a presidential decree, the government has three months to prepare proposals that will result in compliance of the laws and regulations of Azerbaijan with the law ‘On Amendments to the Law ‘On insolvency and bankruptcy’.

According to the amendments to the law ‘On insolvency and bankruptcy’, the general rules of the beginning of the bankruptcy process apply to all commercial and non-profit organizations, except for banks.
