During the trip to Shusha on the eve of his 60th birthday, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev thanked the people of Azerbaijan from the famous Jydyr Duzyu.
"In recent days, I have received many congratulatory letters both from foreign colleagues, heads of state and governments of various countries, Azerbaijanis living abroad, and, naturally, from the citizens of the country. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who addressed me. I especially want to express my gratitude to the Azerbaijani people, both for their congratulations and their support. I have been feeling it since 2003, when I was first elected, to the present day. This makes me stronger. It strengthens my will. Thanks to this support, all of us, the entire Azerbaijani people, have achieved great historical successes, ” the head of state said.
