Ilkka Kanerva urges to cease hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh

The chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the OSCE, Ilkka Kanerva, and the special representative of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly for the South Caucasus, Christian Vigen, made a joint special statement, in which they called for the immediate cessation of hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone

"The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has been claiming too many lives for many years. We urge both sides to immediately cease fire and show maximum restraint in order to avoid further escalation," 1news.az quotes them as saying.
