Two boys from the village of Mairtup, who set fire to the Yangulbi-Sheikh ziyart (mausoleum) in the village of Kuralchoy, have been detained in Chechnya.
They explained that their actions were due to obfuscation after viewing online videos of a radical Dagestani preacher, who called ziyarts a display of polytheism.
