The most popular among Russians are Belarus, Abkhazia, Türkiye, Georgia and Italy. At the same time, the demand for accommodation in Belarus increased by 94% over the year. As for Abkhazia, the rise amounted to 300%.
This year, Abkhazia's tourism industry faced challenges. The Booking reservation service, which was used by independent tourists, stopped working in the republic. Let us note that the Black Sea republic remains the most budget-friendly destination for Russian travelers looking for summer seaside holidays.
