An Indian citizen has been killed in Isani, Tbilisi. The information was confirmed to InterPressNews by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The young man has gunshot wounds, InterPressNews reports.
Police has already arrested a suspect, which is a neighbor of the victim.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation is being carried out under Articles 108 and 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which pertain to illegal possession of firearms and premeditated murder. The crime is punished by imprisonment from 7 to 15 years.
