Vaccination against seasonal diseases, influenza and viral respiratory infections will begin in Moscow on September 1, the mayor of the city Sergei Sobyanin said in an interview with the TV channel Russia 1.
The mayor recalled that about 7 mln Muscovites were vaccinated in 2019. ”Maybe this measure saved us from larger disease peaks this spring, when the pandemic started,” the mayor said.
He also drew attention to the fact that this year it is necessary to repeat last year's success and start vaccination earlier.
