The information desk of Astana Airport received an anonymous call about a bomb at the airport, the press service of the airport said.
More than 1000 people were evacuated from the buildings of the airport. Four flights were delayed during the period the emergency services were searching for a bomb.
At 10:56 am the airport resumed its work after it was confirmed that the information about a bomb was false.
