The Executive Director of the Russian Military-Historical Society, Vladimir Kononov, has said that the date of the installation of the monument in honor of Prince Vladimir will be announced by 4 November.
He also said that the planned date cannot be changed for objective reasons. The installation and opening of the monument could take place in 2016, he said, adding that there are no reasons to hurry.
