Stefan de Mistura, the UN secretary general's special envoy on Syria, said today that the current negotiations between the Syrian government and the opposition will start on January 25th in Geneva.
"He looks forward to the full cooperation of all relevant participants in this process," Reuters quotes the words of representative de Mistura.
The list of invitees to the inter-Syrian negotiations is currently being drawn up, all of them will receive an invitation in early January.
