Russian citizen Anatoly Zemlyanka was put on the international wanted list at the request of the Russian authorities.
The special mark next to Zemlyanka's name on the official website of Interpol means that he should be detained immediately.
Earlier, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that Zemlyanka is the Daesh militant appearing in a video of the execution of another Russian citizen, Magomed Khasiyev.
