According to the data published by the National Statistics Service, from January to September, the volume of investments in Georgia amounted to $ 908.9 mln, which is 17% less than last year.
At the same time, Turkey, Great Britain, USA, Panama and Japan became the largest investors from the beginning of the year in Georgia. The share of the countries’ investment is $ 477.9 mln, or about 52.6% of the total investment.
According to statistics, the energy sector, hotels and restaurants, the financial sector, processing industry and construction were invested the most.
