The Head of the Republic of Ingushetia, Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov, briefed foreign journalists participating in the "This is the Caucasus" press tour on investment projects implemented in the region.
"Projects worth over 30 billion rubles are already being implemented in the region, creating approximately 1,500 jobs. These include a 22-hectare greenhouse complex, the 'Ingushetia Giant Garden' enterprise, which yielded a record 62,000-ton harvest, and the development of an aluminum cluster - the first in Russia",
Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov said.
He also announced plans to begin construction of a major new technology park in the republic in 2027.
Investors and entrepreneurs in Ingushetia are attracted by support measures such as reduced taxes and rents, the possibility of acquiring land without a bidding process, and others.
It should be noted that Ingushetia's budget for 2026 was adopted with a deficit of 843 million rubles.
