A regular meeting of the Joint Commission of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) will take place in Vienna on March 6, 2019 to discuss the JCPOA and implementation of Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges (INSTEX) between Iran and EU.
The Joint Commission will be chaired on behalf of EU High Representative Federica Mogherini by the European External Action Service (EEAS) Secretary General, Helga Maria Schmid, and will be attended by the E5 (China, France, Germany, Russia, United Kingdom) and Iran.
This will be the first Joint Commission since the establishment of the Special Purpose Vehicle/INSTEX.
