Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and his Qatari counterpart Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani held talks during which they exchanged views on bilateral ties and regional problems.
In his speech Amir Abdollahian focused on the fact that there is a weakening of the economic activity of business and trade exchanges between the two countries now.
He further noted obstacles in various areas, such as the issuance of visas and residence permits for businessmen, as well as some problems in the commercial transport sector, calling for the removal of these obstacles.
In this regard, the relevance of expanding cooperation between countries to strengthen stability and security in the region was emphasized.
