Tehran has hosted a meeting of Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh and Foreign Minister of Oman Yusuf bin Alawi, at which the parties discussed the project of construction of gas pipeline from Iran to Oman through the bottom of Persian Gulf, as well as creation of joint ventures for oil refining.
"Iran and Oman are interested in strengthening bilateral relations and creation of joint ventures," Zanganeh stressed.
According to him, it is also planned to create joint ventures for processing and storage of oil, Trend reports with reference to Shana agency.
