Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh stated that the country is interested in the experience of Brazil in deepwater oil extraction.
According to him, Brazil has a good experience in extracting oil from deep layers, and Iran might use this experience and establish cooperation with this country.
After the meeting with the Brazilian Minister of Development, Industry and Trade, Armando Monteiro, Iranian minister noted that the two sides held talks on intensifying of cooperation in the oil sector.
"Brazilians are willing to buy Iran's liquefied natural gas (LNG). The parties agreed to continue negotiations on this matter and establish a joint working group of the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Brazil and the Ministry of Oil of Iran", - Trend quoted him as saying.
