Iran is able to make a contribution to the settlement of the situation in the Middle East region, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier stated today in Berlin.
"We need Iran to resolve the conflicts and to achieve stability in this region. I believe that Iran is also interested in this. We are opening a new chapter in relations with Iran, and it is up to us how we will 'fill' it," TASS quoted him as saying.
