The Iranian oil company "Continental Plateau" announced the completion of the reconstruction and repair of the 4th oil tank in the Behregan area in the waters of the Persian Gulf.
Due to the reconstruction of the fourth reservoir, the company was able to pump another 500,000 barrels of oil into its storage facilities in the Persian Gulf, IRNA writes.
It is specified that within three months the 5th, 6th and 8th tanks in Behregan (with a total capacity of 1.3 million barrels) and a tank in the Kharg area with a capacity of 250 thousand barrels will be put back into service. This will increase the storage of Iranian oil and condensate by 28%.
