Iran will cut oil prices to Europe next month, Reuters reports with reference to the National Iranian Oil Company.
A price list published on its website in recent days says that the discount on light crude oil to Northwest Europe in February will be $4.85 per barrel. The discount on heavy oil will be $6.55 per barrel in February, RIA Novosti reports.
The Wall Street Journal notes that Tehran has decided to compete with its largest rival in the market.
