According to the Tasnim news agency, Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref will arrive in Russia on Monday to attend the 24th session of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's Heads of Government.
The Vice President's agenda includes bilateral consultations with representatives of SCO member states.
The SCO Council of Heads of Government will be held in Moscow on November 17-18, where participants are expected to adopt a joint declaration.
