An earthquake measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale hit Iran's Tabriz city, located in north western province of East Azerbaijan, on Nov. 14.
The tremors occurred at 7:05 local time (GMT +3:30 hours), according to a report from the seismography center affiliated with Tehran University Geophysics Institute, Iran's ISNA news agency reported.
The earthquake's epicenter was located at a depth of 15 kilometers underground.
There was no immediate report on possible casualties or damage, Trend reports.
