Iran has signed a document on the modernization of the nuclear reactor in Arak.
"We were informed today that the foreign ministers of the six countries, as well as the head of EU foreign policy Federica Mogherini, signed the document on the modernization of the heavy water reactor in Arak," the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Ali Akbar Salehi said.
