Iran has started the construction of a railroad from Qazvin to Astara, which will be constructed in the context of the North-South international transport project, the Ambassador of the Republic of Iran to Azerbaijan Mohsen Pakayin said.
According to him, the construction works are being carried out at an accelerated pace, Trend reports.
