Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has stated, speaking at a press conference, that Tehran supports the territorial integrity of Syria, as well as the fact that the Syrians should determine future of their country themselves.
"The Syrians want to put an end to the war and return to peaceful way of life. We tell everybody, including our Syrian friends, that they should determine their fate themselves. We support the integrity of Syria, the preservation of the ceasefire. The authorities should satisfy expectations of the Syrian people,’’ Tass cites Rouhani as saying.
