Iran will hold talks on the exchange of gas with Azerbaijan, Russia and Turkmenistan in the framework of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), which will take place on November 23 in Tehran, the Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh, said.
"There will be no talks on gas projects in Tehran because the members of the upcoming Gas Exporting Countries Forum are competing with each other in the gas market. We will hold talks with Russia, Turkmenistan and even Azerbaijan in bilateral meetings on gas swap," abc.az cited him as saying.
