During the talks between Tehran and Berlin, Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh has said that his country is planning to increase hydrocarbon production to 4.7 million barrels a day.
It is expected that Iran will have to attract foreign investment to modernize outdated equipment at the fields in order to increase oil production.
