Iran's Ambassador to Russia, Mehdi Sanai, said that Iran is upset by the fact that Russia introduced restrictive measures on the import of cement.
According to him, cement is one of the most important export items for the Iranian side.
"We have imported large quantities previously, but this year the ban was introduced. We were told that this applies to all exporters, not only Iran. It is the protection of domestic market," he said, RIA Novosti reported.
