Iran urges Russia to provide additional loans

Iran wants to receive additional loans from Russia, the adviser to the Supreme Leader, Ali Akbar Velayati, announced at a press conference in Moscow today.

"We discussed a loan of $7 billion, and it remains as before, but if we want to have extensive relations then this amount is final. It is necessary to extend this sphere," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
