Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Ghasemi said Iran expects the US government to meet its obligations regarding the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), commenting on the recent decision of US House of Representatives in order to prevent the sale of Boeing aircraft to Iran.
Emphasizing that Iran has nothing to do with the internal affairs of the US, Ghasemi noted that sensitivities regarding the fight among internal factions on the eve of the US presidential election is understandable, however, the irreparable loss of their own internal conflicts and sabotage will undoubtedly jump down their throat, Mehr News Agency reports.
The Republican-led US House on Thursday approved two amendments to a financial services spending bill aimed at blocking Boeing's planned sale of over 100 aircraft to Iran’s national airline Iran Air.
