The Chinese foreign ministry has announced that Iranian Foreign Minister, Javad Zarif, will arrive in China on Monday for an official two-day visit at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, CCTV reports.
The ministry says both officials will co-chair an annual foreign ministers' meeting. During President Xi Jinping's state visit to Iran in January, both countries agreed to set up an annual meeting mechanism as a part of efforts to strengthen ties.
