Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif is to pay his first visit to Latvia on Thursday, June 2nd to discuss with bilateral cooperation with Latvian senior officials, as well as take part in the opening of the Latvian-Iranian business forum, the Latvian Foreign Ministry informed.
Zarif is to hold meeting with Latvian President Raymond Vejonis, Speaker of Sejm Inara Murnietse, Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics and other officials of the country.
During the visit, he will sign a memorandum of understanding among the foreign ministries of the two countries.
