Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has arrived on a visit to Moscow on Sunday.
Ghalibaf is leading a parliamentary delegation invited to visit Russia by speaker of the Russian State Duma lower parliament house Vyacheslav Volodin, Tasnim reported
Ghalibaf, who will stay in Russia from February 7 through 9, has brought a message from Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
