In the next 20 years Iran intends to increase production of its petrochemical products to $ 70 billion, Iranian Oil Minister, Bijan Namdar Zanganeh, said at the opening of the 12th Iranian Petrochemical Forum in Tehran.
"Iran plans to increase the production of petrochemical products in the country to $ 70 billion over the next 20 years, which implies a huge leap in the industry. We will require significant investment to achieve these goals, the introduction of modern technologies and modern marketing,’’ TASS quotes him as saying.
