Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and European Union Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini Wednesday held talks on various issues, including the 2015 nuclear deal between Tehran and world powers, Tasnim agency reports.
In the meeting held on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum underway in the Swiss city of Davos, the two diplomats exchanged views about the relations between the Islamic Republic and the European Union (EU) and the latest developments in the region and the world.
Zarif and Mogherini discussed issues ranging from ways to help end the Syrian crisis to the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPAO).
