Iraq plans to reduce oil production from 3.8 to 3.6 million barrels a day this year, the representative of the Ministry of Oil Assem Jihad said.
"Our production volume is 3.8 million barrels a day. It is planned to produce 3.6 million barrels a day in 2016,'' RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
Oil revenues decreased in the country by 70% due to the fall in oil prices.
