Iraqi servicemen are about to liberate the city of Ramadi from Daesh militants.

Now the Iraqi army has surrounded an urban complex of government buildings captured by terrorists, Gazeta.ru reports.

Earlier, aircraft dropped leaflets on the city of Ramadi informing local residents to leave the city.
