"President of Uzbekistan, Islam Karimov, expressed his sincere condolences to President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, in connection with the human victims in the crash of a passenger plane 'Boeing 737-800' in Rostov-on-Don," the press service of Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan reported.
