The Dagestani gang leader who was eliminated last night was among the first to swear allegiance to the banned terrorist organization Islamic State (IS), the Information Center of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee reported.
Muradov participated in a series of armed attacks and killings of civilians. He and members of his group oppressed their fellow countrymen-entrepreneurs, and harsh reprisals awaited those who were unwilling to pay.
