The terrorist organization Islamic State released a video which promises terrorist attacks on New York, a local press reports.
"While some of the video footage is not new, the video reaffirms the message that New York City remains a top terrorist target," Interfax cited New York Police Department spokesman, Stephen Davis, as saying.
New York City's mayor Bill de Blasio said that the city "will not be intimidated".
